Hand harvested from the 'Falls Vineyard' on the Vinemount Ridge appellation. 

 

Cold fermentation in stainless steel tank and bottled early February to protect the aromatic fruit component.  This crisp, dry, fruit forward wine was produced to showcase the unique terrior of the 'Falls Vineyard'.
