2019 FALLS VINEYARD CHARDONNAY

These grapes came from the Falls Vineyard, located on the Vinemount Ridge sub-appellation.  Located just south of Balls Falls Conservation Area.

The grapes were hand-harvested and whole bunch pressed to 500l/tonne. This wine was fermented and aged sur lie in Burgundian oak barrels (20% new) for 14 months before being bottled.
