Another first for 2027 Cellars, in previous vintage years we have produced a high-quality Pinot Noir from this vineyard, and are thrilled we were able to produce a Cabernet Franc in 2020. This wine is aged in 20% new Burgundian French barrel, creating a ripe style Cabernet Franc. This elegant and refined Cabernet Franc is medium bodied and pairs well with roast beef or mushroom risotto.
