These grapes come from a vineyard planted in a reclaimed quarry in the Twenty Mile Bench.  These vines are planted on the steep slope left from the old quarry, allowing superior water drainage, and air flow.  

This bone dry Brut Rose is made from 100% Pinot Noir.   Made in the Traditional Method, with the second fermentation occurring in the bottle.  The resulting wine was aged on lees for 30 months to retain some of the fruity characteristics of the Pinot Noir.
