This hand crafted, small lot wine was harvested from the ‘Falls Vineyard’ on the Niagara Escarpment, in the Vinemount Ridge sub appellation. Showing intense citrus, honeydew melon, and white peach on the nose with underlying minerality and lively acidity. Bright and well balanced on the palate with an elegant lengthy finish, made in a Germanic ‘Mosel’ style. Dry Riesling lends itself to a variety of foods, being one of the most versatile white food wines in the world.
