The Winemaker Kevin Panagapka has been involved with wine from a young age.
Kevin caught the bug early by helping his Father make wine in the basement of his Kitchener home. After high school he decided to move to Niagara to pursue an education in winemaking and viticulture at Niagara College.
Kevin has worked in winemaking and viticulture since 2003 for various wineries in Ontario. In the winter of 2006, he traveled to New Zealand and completed a harvest in Hawkes Bay.
Kevin decided to start his own wine company in 2007, based on the 'Virtual Winery' model used by various winemakers worldwide. By renting space at a local winery he is able to put his resources into viticulture and winemaking without the high capital expense of building a winery.
Kevin's uncompromising standards for viticulture and quality wine making produce exceptional single vineyard wines from various appellations in the Niagara Peninsula. |
